We're now offering classes to the general public! Space is limited. See below to find the right class for you or your keiki or scroll to the bottom of the page to enroll. We ask our members for a $60 membership fee per month for 3 classes per week or $80 membership fee per month for 3 classes and 2 additional days of gym use. Women's class will be $50 per month for 2 classes per week. We have a $10 drop-in fee. Intro classes are $10. Pre-booking required.
All members and drop-ins must download the Glofox app and book/pay classes via the app. This includes the Intro class.
All fees allow us to keep the facility open and to help us fulfill our mission.
Open to all ages. Inform coaches of your attendance by sending us a message before attending this class. Those who are brand new to boxing will learn their boxing stance, how to move in their boxing stance and basic punches. This is a one-time class that will allow a smooth transition into the Keiki or Fundamentals I class. Gloves are available for use if needed!
Keiki 12 years old and under will learn coordination and basic boxing aspects such as stance, basic footwork, punches, our base combinations and defense. They will be introduced to basic boxing drills and exercises that will increase their fitness. Gloves are available for use if needed!
Those who are new to boxing will learn the fundamentals such as stance, basic footwork, punches, our base combinations and defense. Members will get a workout through drills and exercises that are focused on improving muscular endurance and conditioning. This class is beneficial for those who are looking to build a strong foundation for boxing and improve their overall fitness and health. Gloves are available for use if needed!
Members may either signup for the Monday, Wednesday, Friday series OR the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday series. Not both. There will be no mixing between the two series.
This class is taught by a woman (Coach Joni) and is geared for female members. Women who are new to boxing will learn the fundamentals such as stance, basic footwork, punches, our base combinations and defense. Women will get a workout through drills and exercises that are focused on improving muscular endurance and conditioning. Gloves are available for use if needed.
Must have coach approval before attending. Boxing Fundamentals II will build on the foundation gained in the Boxing Fundamentals I class. This class will cover more advanced footwork along with intricate combination punching. There will be an increased focus on defense and counter punching. Workouts will be increasingly difficult and will challenge student’s fitness levels. Technical sparring is an option in this class. Gloves are available for use if needed!
Must have coach approval before attending. This timeframe is dedicated to boxers interested in or are already competitive. Boxers must be able to be self sufficient in terms of their workouts. Coaches will work individually and with small groups to go over the technical and tactical aspects of boxing. Coaches will assist with utilizing boxers’ strengths to their advantage as well as to work on their individual weaknesses. Gloves are available for use if needed!
We do not require a contract. We do require a membership application form and waiver to be completed prior to participating in our programs.
